FootPRINT Fund

The FootPRINT Fund® helps eligible nonprofit organizations enhance their image, expand their services and extend their printing budgets utilizing Allegra’s marketing and print services.

Who is Eligible?

The FootPRINT Fund is available to any non-profit group, association or charitable organization in Hamilton and area that meets the FootPRINT Fund selection criteria.

What is the Value of Services Awarded?

Services are awarded with a maximum value of $1,000 per organization for the award year. Services can include graphic design, printing, copying and interior signage. Promotional products are not eligible for FootPRINT Fund awards. Applicants are encouraged to reapply in the following year for eligible projects. Annual awards total up to $20,000.

We have some exciting enhancements to the program for 2012, including awards for Marketing Services via Allegra’s exclusive Brand Builder program. Also, there are now three categories in our FootPRINT Fund application process to better match your organization’s specific needs.

NEW! Brand Builder Award – Value $3500

Our innovative Brand Builder™ program helps non-profit organizations develop a blueprint for success, by clearly defining and differentiating their organization and developing a strategy to move the brand forward. We will help you to DEFINE your organization, DIFFERENTIATE you from your competition, then GO with a marketing strategy that is executable and measureable with complete support from your Allegra marketing services team.

FootPRINT Awards

To apply for a FootPRINT Award, please define your request by choosing from one of the three categories below; Award recipients are selected based upon how the services will be used to further the organization’s goals:

Service Expansion:
Use of Allegra’s services to contribute to expanding your organization’s awareness or existing service projects. How can we help you to grow?

Program Enhancements:
Use of Allegra’s services to further promote new programs or projects. How can we help you enhance something new?

Leveraged Efforts:
Use of Allegra’s services to increase the impact of other existing resources. How can we help to expand your current communications efforts?

FootPRINT Fund is not intended to replace standing printing/communications budgets. It is meant as an enhancement. It is also not intended for simply printing letterhead or other stationery needs. Promotional products are not eligible for FootPRINT Fund awards.

Posters with Purpose

The Posters with Purpose program does not require a formal application and is available throughout the year. Receive up to 50 full-colour, customized posters for your next event. Your organization provides the print ready file, and we print them for you. Or, if you need some help with the design, Allegra can assist you with that too. The posters are free to non-profit organizations and associations. One award per calendar year please.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All awarded print services must be used in the calendar year that they are awarded. Awards may only be used for projects originating during current year and not to offset any existing balances due to Allegra. The application deadline is February 15, .
